When are you open?

From Monday to Friday, we open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. In addition to this, our website is open for 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.

Are your product brand is new and comes in the original packing?

Yes, all of our products are brand new and original in their packaging. All the power tools of us are UK spec, CE marked.

Delivery

What are the delivery charges?

We assure you to provide free delivery if you place an order above £50.00 including VAT. For orders under £50.00, you need to pay delivery charges of £3.50+VAT. At some areas like Scottish Island, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Island, additional surcharges may also apply. Is it possible to send the order to a different address?

Yes, it is possible as during check out you will get an option to alter the delivery address.

What if I am not at home at the time when delivery is being made?

It is necessary to get all parcels signed. So, if you are not at home at the time of delivery then you will be left a card by carrier that has all instruction given on how can you get the parcel.

When will I get the goods?

We make sure to despatch all goods within 24 hours (the UK only) through the delivery partners. Generally, these services are delivered on 2 to 3 working days while it can take more time occasionally that depend on the delivery service you choose. The orders must be placed by 4:00 pm despatched on that day.

Ordering

Do I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes, with every order you will get a full VAT invoice. The VAT invoice can be either under the carrier’s label in the plastic envelop or inside the box. If the good is directly sent by the supplier then we will assure to e-mail the PDF of your invoice in an effective manner.

Is it possible to amend the order once it is submitted?

Your order will be sent immediately to our warehouse for the delivery process at the time when you click on “submit order”. So, there are no chances to amend your order after this stage but you can also send us an email on sales@wrightbiz.co.uk and we will try our best to amend your order if it is possible.

Stock

Do all your items are in stock?

All of our stock availability and stock levels are directly linked with the computerized stock control system that keeps you updated about the stock so you can be confident that if we say the item is in stock that means it is in stock. In occasions, there is a larger demand than normal days then certain items can out of stock. In this situation, we will call you back and give you the option to wait for the stock replenishment and we will get you know about the time of availability the product so that you can make your purchase.

What happens if some of the items are out of stock and some are in stock?

We will surely contact you to give you the choice of one delivery when the order is complete. We can send the items that we have first.

Customer service

Is it possible to return the unwanted items?

Yes, it is possible to return the item if you order an incorrect item or you are no longer wanted the goods then we will assure to offer a full exchange or refund within the 30 days of purchase but the items are returned if it is in good condition and packaging. It is essential for you to return the items along with the copy of the invoice and make sure to describe the reason for the return.

What can I do if I have been delivered an incorrect item?

We have a strict checking and control procedure in our warehouse and it is unlikely to have any error while delivery. But sometimes mistakes can be made and if it happens with you then please inform us within the 14 days and we will surely send you a return label and you can get your order as soon as possible at no additional charges.

What do I do as my order has been delivered and are damaged?

Firstly, you need to sign for the date and time for every package that we deliver to you. If the package looks damaged then you can refuse the delivery and if it has been damaged by the carrier then you are not signed for examine then we are not held liable or make a claim with the carrier. You need to inform us instantly by making a phone call or via e-mail for any damaged goods.
